Did you know today was Polar Bear Day? Thanks to my nature loving sisters I got a heads up for my polar bear loving Alex. Lukas and I got up and made him a sign and polar bear pancakes complete with chocolate chip eyes and nose and coconut snow!To give you an idea of how much Alex loves polar bears this is an example from last week.
