Alexis, Alex and Lukas
Our little monkey, Alex graduated from Kindergarten today! He had a wonderful ceremony that they had been practicing for weeks and then a little party at the house. The ceremony included a beautiful video of all of the kids baby pictures and then their graduation picture and then lots of pictures from school. It was amazing and we are going to get a copy. Then each child was called up and Miss K asked them what they wanted to be when they grew up. Some of the answers were hilarious! Alex wanted to be a super hero! The next performances were reciting all 50 states and their capitals and then singing "You Are My Sunshine" which happens to be my favorite song. Miss K is the most amazing teacher and we feel so blessed that Alex is able to have her in his life. We are going to keep in touch for sure! Miss K gave each child a "Candy Bar Award", a candy or cookie that represented them. Alex's was Teddy Graham's because he is the most huggable. Alexis fittingly received the Bit O' Honey because she is so sweet. Alex had a party at our house and his "girlfriend" Alexis and her family joined us. The kids are so cute together and had a blast.
