We spent our Father's Day weekend camping in Estes Park with Mamo and Pappy. The boys absolutely love camping and all of the adventure it brings. We took them to the Alluvial Fan and they had no fear of its size or raging waterfall. Alex took after Wilson once again and climbed all the way to the top of the right side. Thankfully, experienced climber Daddy was there when Alex learned the important lesson that rocks are slippery when wet! Lukas stayed with me about half way up and played in a little pool of water on the side. We BBQ'd and of course made s'mores. The boys are becoming roasting experts and they are surprisingly patient. We celebrated Father's Day and Pappy's birthday with little gifts made at school and Wilson's favorite cream puffs for dessert. We enjoy camping so much and we are hoping to go at least once more this summer. Time is flying by though!
